Product Information: Glycolic is an Alpha Hydroxy Acid, is a Water-soluble exfoliant, is the most popular of all Alpha Hydroxy acids, and a proven effective skin exfoliator. This wash loosens and removes the outer layers of thickened damaged skin, resulting in smoother and healthier skin.

Beneficial in treating age spots, decreasing fine lines, designed for deep cleansing and exfoliation especially in preparing the skin for application of Fruit Acid Gel.

Available in an unbuffered 3½% solution for home use and 7% for in office use. There are two types of hydroxy acids - alpha and beta. Alpha hydroxy acids are exfoliants derived from fruit and milk sugars such as glycolic acid produced from sugar cane and lactic acid produced from milk. There is only one beta hydroxy acid - salicylic acid.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Always to be used with Gauze Pads Apply to skin and gently buff with gauze pad. After 2-3 minutes rinse with water. May be left on for longer periods as tolerance grows.

SUNBURN ALERT: This product contains Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) (acids from fruit and milk) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
