We donate 15% of our profits from the sale of YogEssence products towards raising money to create and establish Foundations for the following worthy causes:

5% To eradicate Sweat-shops and Child Labor in India: 

In our efforts to produce YogEssence products in India, (the origin of all things Yoga), we found to our dismay that many manufacturing facilities are not ISO certified and still continue to utilize Sweat & Child Labor in their factories.  While trade of any kind will allow these poor families to eke out a living, it is to their benefit that we break this cycle of servitude and eradicate child labor. In addition to our 5% we seek donors and co-sponsors to set up educational, training and development centers especially for young girls and their parents. Funding will also provide parents with stipends which they can utilize to send their kids to schools instead of putting them to work in low-paying labor camps.

5% To encourage, inculcate and train our young kids in the healthy practice of Yoga:   

Many expensive Sports & Fitness programs in the US have been cut and as a community we need to engage and encourage safe, healthy after-school sports and fitness participation.  Many of the youth who would like to train in our future camps are extremely low-income; their families can not provide full financial support for this program.  Thus we are appealing to individuals and businesses to support this effort by donating in cash, kind and purchasing YogEssence products to fund our efforts. 

5% To research and develop biodegradable, sustainable and environmentally friendly containers for the heath and beauty Industry:

Most of our products today come in indestructible, toxic plastic containers which are filling up our landfills and polluting the atmosphere.  We must band together to research & create new and reusable containers to that are safe and less hazardous to our children.

These value-added positive foundations for our youth and their sustainable future can only be realized with your support. Together we would like to take the success of these pilot programs to other communities nationwide. 

Gifts in cash, kind or collaboration:  All donations are appreciated and will be acknowledged. Checks should be made out to International Services Group/YogEssence and any gifts or gift certificates can be picked up with a notation: this gift is for the YogEssence Fundraising Venture (Sweatshops/Yoga Training/Sustainable Containers).  All gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.  For tax advice on your gift, consult your accountant or tax advisor.
